I have had several reports of UCoS, winein, swearing and bein disrespectful to hostiles. As i wasnt told who was doin this i cant sort it.But this will NOT happen in the future.If any1 wants 2 come forward and say that they have dun the above or similer then plz do so you will not b punised however from now on if i catch or get told by some1 if bein a general fuk head then they will b suspened from UCoS until the Defence council see fit.

Well... I can tell you now, if I ever complain or trash talk it's because someone's being a noob (Regenning, dockraping, cussing, spamming, lagging, etc), and even then it's only when they do something similar to me.

Has anyone actually noticed that it is always the case that no-one remembers who actually said or did anything, but it was definately UCOS? You should ask for proof. In fact you should tell them to "put up or shut up" no proof, no bs! Everybody just loves to run UCOS down and everyone is quite quick to believe everything said about UCOS. Maybe it's time we started to fight back and demand proof of this stuff. The bs will die down pretty quick. If some of our members get caught more than once doing something dumb, then fine, do whatever, but at least give our members the benefit of the doubt first. Innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. And maybe we should stop using anonymous ships when not in battle. Stop the whiners. Oddball and I have seen (a while ago admittedly) UCOS doing exactly the opposite. They play with honour and pride and fight fairly. We are yet to see anyone doing anything else. If we have/had spys then it stands to reason that maybe, just maybe, we have imposters out there, in UCOS tagged ships doing damage to our rep. Now who would do such a thing... ?! Rose - for Oddball (blame him not me ) i agree 100% with rose however its easier to remember a tag than to remember every1 name. I forget peoples name on here alot. i go to make a report and then forget there names. However that does not mean they are telling the truth. if i c any ucos show any disrespect u will be punished. that includes the HC as well. |

Lets look at some appropriate set of responses to situations Dockraped - Say nothing Called Newb, etc - "Meh","Pfft","Gimme some more practice then","stop lookin in the mirror ", etc Dying a lot - "Need practice!", "Need Money!!", "doh!", "Need Coffee!!", "Bugger" You just got one passed - Say nothing, "Nice", "Somethin isn't right 2nite...i usually die the 2nd pass ", "Doh!", "Need Mead!!" etc, etc just chill, its a game and whatever |

Ucos have come into our clan section on the forum, and whined, bitched, and bullshitted about how we *drockraped* them.. everytime we tell them to show us proof.. and guess what.. its NEVER been done.. then some otehr newb (Savior).. comes on saying how he was dockraped and abused by 3 Assasins.. well we have been asking now for many days already, name the Assasins and we will deal with it! but amazingly, it seems they cant be named! gee wonder why. And people actually brought out proof about Ucos dockraping, yet they seem to throw that word at everyone, but cannot bring out any proof themselves. Next time you get dockraped.. TAKE PICTURES!!! if you dont have proof, dont bother to accuse. ooh and Rose.. this wasnt directed at you.. im just putting out a general statement about how this happens to every clan, where people *accuse* them of doing stuff that they cannot prove. |

Respect is hard to come by and you can only get it by earning it inch by painful inch.
From the moment i started Atreides i have made it more then clear, that while in tags my members were NOT to swear, NOT to abuse and to always be polite even to our worst enemies. I played and still play as much as possible and always behave like this, even when i am on my own, but deifantly with my members so they can follow my example.
I have been attacked continously. I have been gank-raped on my own outnumbered upto 6v1 and have simply fought on. I dont winge, i dont dish out insults, i just let my guns do the talking. I can't say i have ever been dockraped. Probebly because i would never do it to somebody else. When Atreides are raiding a system, if the area is ever clear of enemies i will tell everybody to move away from the docking ring, so our opponents have space to undock and get there bearings.
Basicly, i find the most important and easiest way to earn respect is to treat people the way you would like to be treated. Clan leaders MUST always act this way to set an example. That is extremely importanr.
Well i've ranted on enough now. But i'll finsh by saying this. I personally respect UCoS. you have been through so much crap but you still try hard to be the best you can. I wish u luck on the nehalf of myself and atreides
